A Daybreak Toastmasters meeting consists of 15-20 people and lasts about 90 minutes. Each meeting provides the opportunity to practice conducting effective meetings, giving impromptu speeches, presenting prepared speeches, and offering constructive evaluations in a safe and encouraging environment.
