The front doors are located of the building (East side), take the elevator to level B, and go to the Northwest corner of the building to find meeting room B-70. The front doors of the building automatically unlock at 6:45 A.M., the meeting start promptly at 7:00 A.M., and many of the nearby street meters are free until 9:00 A.M. (Check what each meter notes to make sure).
